Myer is Australia’s leading department store. But in 2015 alone it put 600,000 customers on hold. 40% of those calls were abandoned. So how do we encourage people to stay on the line and utilise this time doing nothing to do something for the greater good? We turn the frustrating act of being put on hold into a means of raising money for charity.
